Make sure the Headache Relief Hat is not cold and is at room temperature
Microwave the hat for 10 seconds
If more heat is needed, microwave again in 5 second increments
place the hat on your head covering your eyes for best results

COLD THERAPY

Place the Headache Relief Hat inside the bag
Place the bag in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before use. if the hat is too cold, wait until it reaches your desired temperature

HOW WARM OR COLD DOES THE HAT GET AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

ANS : The Headache Relief Hat is one of the most comfortable and relaxing experiences you'll ever have. It's engineered to freeze or heat at the perfect temperatures every time you use it. I suffer from chronic migraines and have spent an insane amount of money on pillows, head wraps, ice packs, etc. I wish I would have purchased this years ago. The pressure it puts around your head/face is just enough (doesn't feel tight). The fabric is very soft and it seems to be very durable. The only downfall to this product is that it doesn't stay cold for much more than 30-40 minutes max but it does get cold very fast once it is put back in the freezer. 9/10 would recommend!

I bought this because of my migraines. It worked so well that I bought it as a gift for friends and family whom I know suffer from headaches. I keep it in the plastic ziplock that came in every time I place it in the freezer. The fit on my head is perfect, snug but not tight. I can keep it above my eyes, or if I prefer I slide it down to cover my eyes. It's pretty cold the first few minutes but then it feels as if it stays at a comfortable cold for approximately 15 mins, then starts to lose some of the cold. But I feel it's enough time to relax and soothe my head. An amazing pro is that there is no water leakage nor wetness as it happens with other types of icepacks.
