Make sure the Headache Relief Hat is not cold and is at room temperature
Microwave the hat for 10 seconds
If more heat is needed, microwave again in 5 second increments

COLD THERAPY

Place the Headache Relief Hat inside the bag
Place the bag in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before use. if the hat is too cold, wait until it reaches your desired temperature

HOW WARM OR COLD DOES THE HAT GET AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

The pressure it puts around your head/face is just enough (doesn't feel tight). The fabric is very soft and it seems to be very durable. The only downfall to this product is that it doesn't stay cold for much more than 30-40 minutes max but it does get cold very fast once it is put back in the freezer. 9/10 would recommend!
